SCORING
    • ALL SCORES CAN BE FOUND ON THE SUPER LEAGUE APP
    • ATHLETES WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE FILMED DURING THE OUTPUT ROUND. THE VIDEO OF THE ENTIRE ROUND MUST BE UPLOADED TO A PERSONAL YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND THE LINK EMAILED TO SCORING@SUPERLEAGUE.LIVE SO THAT SCORES CAN BE VERIFIED. EMAIL MUST ALSO INCLUDE WEIGHTS USED AND REPS PERFORMED. IF NO FOOTAGE IS RECEIVED, THE ATHLETE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED
    • ATHLETE BODY WEIGHTS WILL BE REGISTERED UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO KILL TIME VIA VIDEO FOOTAGE TO HQ – VIDEO MUST ALSO INCLUDE TIME OF WEIGH IN
    • MALE ATHLETES WILL HAVE 6 MINUTES PER MOVEMENT, FEMALE ATHLETES WILL HAVE 4 MINUTES PER MOVEMENT
    • IF THE ATHLETE FINISHES ONE MOVEMENT BEFORE THE 4 OR 6 MINUTES IS UP, THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO START ON THE NEXT MOVEMENT UNTIL THE NEXT 4 OR 6 MINUTES BEGINS
    • THERE ARE NO GAPS BETWEEN EXERCISES, THE CLOCK IS A ROLLING 4 OR 6 MINUTE CLOCK. THE FEMALE ATHLETE WILL FINISH THEIR ROUND IN 24 MINUTES AND THE MALE ATHLETE IN 36 MINUTES
    • IF THE SPOTTER TOUCHES THE ATHLETE OR THE BAR AT ANY POINT DURING A REP, THAT REP WILL NOT COUNT
    • SCORES ARE CALCULATED USING ALLOMETRIC SCORING, THE MOST ADVANCED METHOD TO CALCULATE RELATIVE STRENGTH. USING A CALCULATION BASED ON MASS (BODY WEIGHT), FORCE (TOTAL OUTPUT), AND A PROPRIETARY MULTIPLIER, SCORES ARE A SCIENTIFICALLY VALIDATED VALUE THAT IS MORE ACCURATE THAN ANY OTHER KNOWN SCORING SYSTEM. A TOOL IS AVAILABLE ON THE APP TO SIMULATE AND CALCULATE SCORES
    • IF, ONCE HQ HAS REVIEWED FOOTAGE, THE REPS ARE NOT DEEMED SUITABLE, ANY SCORES WILL BE UPDATED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ATHLETE TO UNDERSTAND AND RECORD GOOD REPS
    • ALL ATHLETES ARE HELD TO A STANDARD OF CONDUCT AND ETHIC CODE. IF AN ATHLETE IS FOUND TO BE INTENTIONALLY CHEATING IN ANY WAY, A NO TOLERANCE POLICY WILL BE ENFORCED, AND THE ATHLETE WILL BE BANNED FROM SUPER LEAGUE FOR LIFE
